  • Use electronic methods of communication whenever possible to avoid excessive use of paper and the postal system.
  • Submit all accounts, tax returns and payroll data via the internet.
  • Seek to reduce the amount of unnecessary business travel by implementing a conference call facility in the next twelve months.
  • Recycle waste in an environmentally-friendly way.
  • Keep computer equipment operational by upgrading rather than scrap and replace.
  • Power down the computers overnight to preserve the health of the computers and reduce mechanical wear.
  • Encourage staff to share car when travelling to work or travelling to client and to use public transport if possible.
  • Keep our client informed on HMRC schemes to encourage business owners to do more for the environment, e.g. low CO2 emissions car tax relief.

We recognise the importance of providing a highly professional service and responding to the needs of our clients on a timely and efficient basis.

We therefore offer this unconditional guarantee on all of the work that we do for you.

  • To deal with your enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • E-mail messages we receive by 4.00 pm on any normal working day will be answered the same day.
  • Letters will be answered within two days of receipt.
  • To prepare your annual accounts in draft form which we will submit for your approval within 28 days of receipt of all the appropriate information needed for their completion.
  • To assign an account manager to look after your business needs within two days of receipt of signed contracts.
  • All our accounting work will be carried out "in house" by suitably qualified people.
  • All telephone messages will be returned either on the same day or the next working day following receipt.
  • We will keep all data that we hold about you safe and secure.
